How much does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Orders below $70 pay a flat $5.95, shown in your cart before checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
When will my order ship?
Most physical items ship within 1–3 business days, and we'll email tracking once your order is on its way.
How are software and eGift cards delivered?
Digital products arrive as codes at the email address you enter during checkout. Check spam or promotions if you can't find yours, then contact us.
What is your return policy?
Most unused physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Delivered digital codes and opened personal care, supplement or pet food items are final sale. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
