These Terms & Conditions apply when you use globalsalehub.com or buy from Global Sale Hub. By using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Using the site

- Please provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Do not misuse the site, interfere with it or attempt unauthorized access.
Products
We describe and photograph products as accurately as possible, though colors, packaging and design may vary slightly. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement of Global Sale Hub.
Supplements, patches and personal care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read all labels and consult a healthcare professional before use.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is applied at checkout where required. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept by emailing a confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders because of stock, payment issues or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment received.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders of $70 or more ship free by standard delivery; a flat fee applies to smaller orders and is shown before payment. Delivery times are estimates, and risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Digital products
Software and eGift cards are delivered by email. Codes are non-refundable once delivered unless defective or where the law requires, and are subject to the issuer's terms.
Intellectual property
The Global Sale Hub name, logo, website design and original content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used commercially without permission.
Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties regarding the site. Manufacturer warranties on products still apply.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the state where our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first if you have a concern.
